Our Services

Daily Living Support

Help with household tasks, routines, and organisation. We don't judge. We just help you find ways that work for your brain and your life.

Examples: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, sorting mail, building morning routines.

Group assembling large puzzle pieces on the ground.

Community Participation

Getting out into the world—at your pace, your way. No pressure. Just support to find connection and belonging.

Examples: Social groups, cafes, parks, hobbies, volunteering.

Psychosocial Recovery Support

Practical help for when mental health makes daily life hard. We walk alongside you—through appointments, hard days, and small wins.

Examples: Emotional support, coping strategies, attending appointments together, building daily structure.

Counselling-Informed Support

One-on-one time to talk, process, and build confidence. This isn't formal therapy—it's real conversation with a trained counsellor who understands.

Examples: Processing a hard week, building self-trust, unmasking, identity exploration.

Two people discussing paperwork at a table.

Support Coordination

Clear, calm help navigating your NDIS plan. We explain things in simpler terms and help you find providers who actually listen.

Examples: Understanding your budget, connecting with therapists, plan reviews.

Allied Health Pathways

We help you connect with therapists who actually understand. The right OT, speech pathologist, or psychologist can change your life. But finding them—and getting to appointments—can be overwhelming.

We can help by:

Connecting you with trusted allied health professionals who share our neurodiversity-affirming approach

Attending appointments with you (for support, note-taking, or just company)

Helping you implement simple strategies at home between sessions

Liaising with your therapist so everyone's on the same page
